1) Shipping

We take about 7-10 business days to start shipping. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type, destination and any global or local restrictions (EG Covid).

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 7 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 5 business days or less.

Shipped separately

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. 

Shipping prices are cumulative.

Customs fees

Shipments outside of Europe may incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits, etc. 

Shipping and Insurance Details of these products:
All prints are professionally packaged into strong double and triple walled cardboard shipping boxes with protective padding where appropriate. Our items are insured by the delivery companies we used until you take receipt in perfect condition (see our Returns policy below).

We ship Internationally using UPS Express or other providers who can offer a high level of service in the destination country. Your order is fully tracked until it arrives at its destination. We will email you a tracking number on dispatch then your order will just take a few days to arrive anywhere in the World.


At Inspired Wall Art, if you're not happy, we're not happy.

That's why we keep our Returns Policy as simple as possible for you.

  1. If you have a problem with your order, the first thing to do is provide photos of the unsatisfactory product and the packing slip. Email us straight away at - where our Support Team will pick up your email and look into it immediately. Damaged item and original packaging have to be kept until further notice.

  2. Be sure to include your order number (found on your confirmation email) and your zip/post code in the subject line of your email.

  3. Also include as much details as possible about the problem, as well as any photos you can include that highlight the issue.

Please Note: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted immediately upon receipt. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Damaged item and original packaging have to be kept until further notice.


What if I've Entered the Wrong Address on My Order - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

What if I Don't Claim my Package - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

I've Changed my Mind - I'm afraid we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.  

What if it's Damaged in the Mail - If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
